Peter comes on as breakfast announcer in July. 

Peter ‘Scooter’ Carter joins the Breeze 100.6 FM team as new breakfast announcer this July.

After nine years of hosting the morning show at the Gold Coast’s 1029 Hot Tomato, and over fifteen years working in the industry, Peter said he is looking forward to taking on his new position.
 
“Nine years with Hot Tomato gave me the hunger and experience to step up and take on a new challenge, plus my dad lives in Stanthorpe, so he can finally hear me talking rubbish on the radio,” he said. 

“There will be lots of local chatter with listeners and bucket loads of interesting conversation with musicians, actors, comedians, in fact anyone who can bring some entertainment to the airwaves in the morning you can almost guarantee they will be joining me for breakfast!”
