Murdoch University radio students have begun their eight-week broadcasting season on community radio station 107.9FM in Fremantle.

Murdoch’s Gail Phillips says the students are working in teams of three, alternating between the
roles of presenter, producer and reporter.

They are producing a daily two-hour magazine program.
