New sales roles at Southern Cross Austereo

Southern Cross Austereo has announced a new national sales structure including the introduction of Nick Randall to the newly created role of National Sales Operations Manager, a move that comes as the business passes its one year mark as a merged radio and television company.

 

SCA has also introduced the roles of Director of Sales in Brisbane and Adelaide, taken up by Adam Furness and Rick Tyrell respectively, which will oversee metro and regional radio plus regional television sales in each market.

 

Nick Randall takes on the National Sales Operations Manager role in addition to his current position as Director of Sales for Sydney Radio.  He will continue to work closely with National Director of Sales Cathy Thomas to further improve the SCA’s cross-platform offering and deliver unique first in entertainment media solutions for clients.

 

With 13 years of radio sales experience, Randall began with SCA as an account manager in Melbourne and has held sales director positions in Brisbane and Sydney where he has been Director of Sales since 2010.  He has twice achieved the Austereo Account Manager of the year award and won an Australian Commercial Radio Award for best integrated sales promotion.
