While Fitzy & Wippa take a break over Summer they have called in Rachael Finch and Sam Mac to take over their breakfast show from 8 December.
No stranger to early starts, Finchy filled in for Fitzy & Wippa last summer, and Sam Mac is a regular in the Nova corridors however, the duo have never worked together before.
Brendan Taylor, Nova 96.9 Program Director said, “It’s a pleasure to welcome back both Racheal and Sam to the Nova studios. They are the perfect choice to entertain listeners over the summer break until our regular shows Fitzy & Wippa, Kate, Tim & Marty and Smallzy return in January for an exciting 2015.”

The Nova Network will celebrate the festive season with a series of specials on Christmas Day with Fitzy & Wippa from 12pm to 2pm, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Guy Sebastian and Olly Murs present a special Take Over Nova from 2pm to 6pm and Smallzy’s Christmas special from 6pm to 10pm.
Fitzy & Wippa, Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty national drive show and Smallzy’s Surgery in evenings will return to Nova 96.9 in January.
