Updated for model year 2014 and sporting a fresh new gunmetal livery, X3 benefits from the addition of an Apple Lightning dock for iPhone 5/5S/5C connectivity, as well as improved Bluetooth® streaming quality.
AXiS X3 combines multi-format radio reception with iPod and iPhone docking and CD quality wireless audio streaming from your aptX® compatible Bluetooth® device or DLNA audio playback from a PC or Mac computer. AXiS X3 is capable of receiving a full range of digital radio standards including DAB, DAB+, FM with RDS and internet radio. Next generation multimedia services such as DAB Slideshow are also supported. This compact radio features a 3.5″ colour TFT display, and is controlled via an icon-driven touchscreen user interface, enabling quick and easy navigation around the radio’s many advanced features. SuperConnect is equipped to receive a wide range of digital radio standards including DAB, DAB+, FM with RDS and internet radio – providing access to over 16,000 stations from around the world. Further, SuperConnect’s ability to communicate with external devices and services is high. DLNA and WLAN technology enables wireless audio playback from external computers and music servers, Bluetooth® with aptX® delivers CD quality streaming from smartphones, tablets etc., and Spotify Connect completes the proposition by unlocking over 20 million tracks from the Spotify archive. It also includes an all-wood American Walnut cabinet with anodised aluminium and mild-steel facia and backplate.
PiXiS RS is capable of receiving a full range of digital radio standards including DAB, DAB+, FM with RDS and internet radio. Next generation multimedia services such as DAB Slideshow and RadioVis are also supported.
