SCA’s Chief Digital Enablement Officer, Vijay Solanki says, “We’re thrilled to end the year with a clear lead across all our digital platforms. Winning eleven out of eleven months of Nielsen’s Intelligence data in 2015 is exciting. But it’s about more than just the digital numbers, it’s important that the associated commercial value is clear to both our clients and our business.  We’ve  seen strong commercial growth in digital too.  This success is a result of our strategy to commit to ensuring digital is a core competency across the entire business.”
As part of SCA’s commitment to digital immersion, Solanki has led SCA’s product hackathon ‘Spark’ events in Sydney and Melbourne. Generating over 70 ideas, content and sales teams have come together with software developers and digital designers to build working models often as an app. Solanki said; The result is a series of amazing prototypes, digital content concepts, digital tools for sales and more.   Some of these concepts and products will become reality. This ‘hackathon’ methodology is brilliant for tackling client challenges especially with digital and integrated briefs. It’s a perfect platform for digital transformation.”
