Fake tan, waxed bodies, sequins and teeny weeny bathing suits with not much left to the imagination were all on display today at the Eureka Skydeck for Brig & Lehmo’s Body Shaping Breakfast – Big Reveal this morning. The results where amazing with Brig coming in at 62.6 (losing 8.5kgs), Lehmo weighing in at 90.3 (losing 7.6kgs).
After a gruelling 6 weeks of eating nothing but poached chicken and protein shakes coupled with rigorous weight and cardio training Brig and Lehmo revealed ALL at today’s GOLD 104.3 outside broadcast.
As the music pumped and wearing official body shaping attire Brig and Lehmo worked their magic for the judging panel of Sam Newman, George Tabban and Matthew Jones.
Donning a pair of Hawthorn “micro” budgie smugglers, a freshly waxed chest and tanned body Lehmo strutted his stuff like Channing Tatum from Magic Mike. Meanwhile Brig was on fire as she stepped out in a mini black sequined bikini, massive high heels and a body most 25 year olds would be envious of.
The judges were impressed but Sam Newman declared Brig the overall winner.
Proud of how far they have come Lehmo said: “I went into this hoping for a six pack, ended up with a four pack – 2 out of three ain’t bad.”
For Brig the whole experience was life changing, “Standing in my bikini in front of an audience was a terrifying experience but exhilarating at the same time and I feel great to be a new girl. Elle McPherson eat your heart out,” she said.
After 6 weeks of hard yakka, no alcohol and no real food Brig & Lehmo are looking forward to celebratory champagne.
