A major fault hit Hobart’s Mount Wellington this morning at around 10:15am sending all commercial stations in the city off air for over an hour.
 
For the techos the problem was a feeder to the upper stack.
 
For the music buffs, we didn’t know we were about to go off air, but the song playing at the time on Hit 100.9 couldn’t have been a better choice.
