Kate Collins will become part of the FIVEaa Breakfast Show news reading team after being let go from Channel 9 in November last year after nearly two decades delivering Adelaide’s nightly news.

Kate joins Jess Adamson, Mel Usher and Sport Reporter Tom Rehn.

The new role was warmly received when announced on social media. The NOVA Entertainment station talk Breakfast presenters David Penberthy and Will Goodings had a strong GfK Radio 360 Survey 8 when it was released last week, up 1.2 to a 13% share, second only to Triple M and closing the gap between them.
