Our Sales Manager has left us for the bright lights (and traffic jams) of Melbourne, which means one of the best sales management roles in vibrant, thriving Geelong is up for grabs.
You’ll be a highly motivated natural leader, mentoring an exceptional team of individuals who love what they do, and driving the market with a consistent focus on client goals. Hitting sales targets is a natural by-product of this approach, and with more than 50% of local people tuning in to our stations each week, our broad portfolio of products delivers measurable results to our clients.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience leading high-achieving sales teams. Experience managing direct radio sales teams in non-metro markets is preferred but not a prerequisite. Our next great leader will:
