Quotas should be a damn sight higher like Canada where I think it's 50%
That would force radio to play the acts and give us more bona fide stars
Look at the musos coming out of Canada and taking on the world - we need more
Aussie acts to do the same!
Record componies need to find, record and promote more Aus artists. And more that fit CHR or Hot AC. It's cheaper for the record componies to promo an OS artist and push that to radio then it is to find new Aussie tallemt.
Maybe the record componies need the same quotas as radio!
