I wonder if, when Chief Marketing Officer Grant Johnstone and Assistant Accountant Rick Lipiarski first walked through the doors of the ACE Radio Network 30 years ago, they looked at each other and imagined both would be still happily ensconced with the company 30 years later? So much so that in the case of Rick it has become a family affair with his son Matt Lipiarski a two time ACRA winner for his MIXX FM Breakfast show in Colac with James ‘Jimmy’ Thwaites.
