You will be goal focused, results driven and steering a successful sales team to greater heights. Your ability to build strong relationships, both internally and across the business and in community sectors will demonstrate your understanding of people.
We need an effective, creative team leader with great communication skills, who will be an important part of the station’s leadership group. You will also thrive on servicing your own list of clients.
To be considered for this position you will be asked to demonstrate the following:
- A successful sales track record
- A sound knowledge of sales processes
- An excellent understanding of team building and training
- An ability to lead and motivate people
- Excellent organisational skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills
Experience in dealing with all types of business operators, debtors’ control and / or accounts is also desirable. Advertising or previous media experience is not essential, but will be well regarded.
