The Company, which operates 2GB and 2CH advised staff and the ASX this morning that Mr Loewenthal (pictured) who is Managing Director of the Company and a member of the  Board of Directors will be leaving the company at the end of the month.
 
In announcing the resignation, Executive Chairman, Russell Tate paid tribute to Mr Loewenthal’s contribution to the success and development of the Company during his seven years service in the roles of C.F.O., C.O.O. and most recently Managing Director:

“Rob has been a key part of our management team and as a colleague and friend I wish him continued success as he seeks new challenges.”

Mr Tate said that there would be no replacement appointed to the Managing Director role, and that he would resume the position of Chairman and C.E.O.
