While Australian stations have become prank-shy of late, South Africa’s Prince of Prank, Darren ‘Wackhead’ Simpson, continues to ply his trade without fear or favour on Jo’burg’s Highveld 94.7 FM.

His gotcha calls are the highlight of the wake-up shift in South Africa’s most populous city. He’s even pranked Kyle and Jackie O.

We doubt he had Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras in mind when he did this one, but it fits in nicely with the event anyway.
