GSL Media has flicked the on switches to 102.5 SEA FM and 103.3 MIX FM to give crystal clear reception to their Noosa and surrounds listeners, as well as additional localised content. Alongside the new repeater frequencies the existing 91.9 SEA FM and 92.7 MIX FM will continue, based further down the QLD Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore.
Tim Aquilina, the Chief Engineer for GSL Media said:
“For over 20 years Noosa residents and businesses have requested boosted reception of SEA FM and MIX FM. We are ecstatic to finally offer this and on dedicated frequencies exclusive to the Noosa region.”
GSL Media Content Director Ben Erbsland added:
“To see our brands and products reach a new audience and grow radio listenership in Noosa and the surrounding regions…. from an on-air perspective, we can now cater to the full Sunshine Coast audience. That’s exciting.”
Elly and Taz (main picture) were on hand to turn on SEA FM 102.5, as were Todd and Sami from Mix 92.7 and now also 103.3 (below).
GSL Media’s CEO Simon Rub said:
“The people of Noosa have been very patient, but now whether you’re a visitor to Noosa or fortunate enough to call this beautiful region home, you can now enjoy your favourite radio stations, 102.5 SEA FM and 103.3 MIX FM with exceptional clarity.”
