2GB’s finest pay tribute to David McCosker

Both 2GB’s Alan Jones and Ray Hadley took time to offer moving on-air tributes to well respected 2UE sales executive David McCosker who last Friday lost a seven year battle with prostate cancer.

David McCosker is survived by his wife Helen, pictured with him (right) at the 1994 Rawards, the forerunner of the ACRAs, where he was awarded Best Newcomer Off-Air.

Funeral details will be published in Wednesday’s Sydney Morning Herald.

For those that wish to pay tribute, the family have requested that instead of flowers that they make a donation to prostate cancer research at www.prostate.org.au
