2ser launches annual supporter drive

2ser’s annual supporter drive is on, and this year the station is showcasing reactions from listeners and volunteers as part of its 2018 theme.
The Sydney wide community radio station, which turns 40 next year, operates from studios at UTS and Macquarie University.
2ser is supporter funded, and relies on raising money from the community to continue the high-quality independent content produced at the station.
Well known for its range of specialist music shows, journalism and podcasting, the station remains community focused, and a real alternative voice in the Sydney media landscape.
Fans have long appreciated the dedication to local stories, music and culture that is central to the station’s programming. During the supporter drive, a series of promos will run to highlight the highlight the communities connection to all aspects of the station.
Running from the 12th to the 26th October, 2ser’s Supporter Drive aims to encourage the community to engage with their local radio station by registering their support, and financially contributing to the station.

There will also be prizes on offer, with those who financially contribute going into the draw for regular prizes throughout the two week fundraiser.
