5 Sydney stations are part of a new platform to future proof Community Radio

Pubblico! has partnered with Community Media Training Organisation(CMTO) to help support five metropolitan community radio stations with funding assistance from City of Sydney.

City of Sydney have backed the development of a bespoke marketing and fundraising program to build capacity at Koori Radio, Eastside Radio, 2SER, FBi and 2RPH.

Original content features best practice guides from special guest bloggers and interviews with industry practitioners such as:

  • Greg Hall – National Marketing Manager at Young Henrys
  • Angela Stengel – Head, Content Ideas Lab at ABC
  • Lena Nahlous – Executive Director at Diversity Arts Australia (DARTS)
  • Rebecca McLean Chan – Donor Executive & Joshua Forward – Digital Marketing Manager, both at Sydney Theatre Company
  • Molly Condon – Partnerships Manager, Frankie Magazine
  • Tiani Chillemi – Audience Development, Pubblico!

Community stations around the country will also be able to access the material through the CMTO with mentoring support from the team at Pubblico! for the best chance of successfully growing their digital capacity.
