Dennis Rutzou will present his 500th ‘Jazz at Five’ program next week on Sydney community station 2NSB FM99.3, with jazz legend Don Burrows as a special guest on the program.

A life time jazz fanatic, Rutzou has only missed one program since he began presenting Jazz at Five over ten years ago. His program usually includes music from the twenties until today, interviews with Australian jazz artists, including the up and comers in a regular “Home-grown Corner” segment, information about upcoming jazz gigs, and the occasional edition of “Desert Island Jazz” with a well-known personalities presenting their favourite jazz music.

Jazz at Five is broadcast on 2NSB FM99.3 from 5-7pm weekdays, presented by a different jazz buff each day, with Rutzou acting as the producer and presenter of the Tuesday edition.
