A sneak peek at triple j’s Hottest 100 Australian Songs

This Saturday July 26 from 10am AEST the entire triple j network (triple j, Double J, Unearthed and triple j Hottest) will count down the Hottest 100 of Australian Songs, as voted by all of you.

There were more than 2.65 million votes counted towards songs that have shaped and defined the nation with triple j assuring us that, at last count, 100% of the entries are Australian.

Some teasers of what to expect:

• Just one act in the top 20 is making their very first triple j Hottest 100 debut
• Only 30 votes separated #100 and #101
• One act has a back-to-back entry
• 8 entries were separated by less than 10 votes
• 18-29 year olds were the most popular voters
