ABA’s revised service charter

The Australian Broadcasting Authority has released a revised Service Charter.

ABA Acting Chair Lyn Maddock told radioinfo: “The charter explains the standards of service that the clients of the ABA can expect. It also sets out the steps that may be taken if these standards are not met… The ABA is committed to providing high quality service to all who deal with it. While we always strive to deliver quality service, we welcome comment about dealings with us… Our commitment is to try to resolve any difficulties quickly and effectively.”
