ABC 702’s four OBs in one day

Last week 702 ABC Sydney took on the massive task of four OBs in one day, to reflect the different interests and locations of its Sydney listeners.

Some listeners (pictured) took the challenge to follow the broadcasters around Sydney for the day.

BREAKFAST with Angela Catterns was broadcast live from a windy Dee Why Surf
Lifesaving Club and featured Tony Squires as a special guest.



 

MORNINGS with Sally Loane came from Middle Head Oval Mosman, featuring special guests John Eales,Peter Longman and various Wallabies players.

The broadcasters also met ‘Mary’ (pictured) who was one of ABC Radio 2FC’s first staff secretaries many years ago.


AFTERNOONS with James Valentine was broadcast from Miranda Shopping
Centre and DRIVE with Richard Glover came live from Penrith Regional Gallery in Emu Plains.
