This year ABC Grandstand will again bring listeners every game of the A-League season live and uninterrupted, starting tomorrow night from 7pm AEDT with Melbourne Victory v Western Sydney Wanderers.

Every game of the 2014/2015 Soccer A-League season will be heard on a dedicated A-League popup station via the ABC Radio mobile app and online.

Wherever they are in Australia audiences can now listen to the A-League. Selected games can also be heard on ABC Local Radio stations across the country and Grandstand on digital radio, check the Grandstand broadcast schedule for details.

Francis Leach will lead the Grandstand A-League Commentary team for a summer of football flair and excitement. Around the country the Grandstand team will be joined by football legends including – Socceroo greats Paul Wade, Craig Moore, Steve Horvat, Joe Mullen and Stan Lazaridis, All Whites Phil Dando and Scottish Premier League player Lawrie McKinnon.

Meanwhile, radioinfo has heard a whisper that ABC Sport broadcaster David Morrow, who has now ‘retired’ from the ABC in the wake of comments by Warren Ryan, may pop up soon on rival network 2GB.
