Angela Briley has been appointed Triple M Brisbane’s Promotions Director.
Angela began her radio career in Sydney with SCA in 2003 as an agency sales coordinator, and has spent the last 14 years working across multiple areas of the business including sales, campaigns, promotions and activations in Sydney and Brisbane.
She moved to Brisbane in 2014 to the role of B105 Promotions Manager, and was pivotal in managing the station’s complete rebrand as part of the Hit Network. For the past two years she has managed the promotions role across both stations in Brisbane.
Angela has been intimately involved in major Brisbane campaigns including the 75th Anniversary of the Story Bridge, which included the management of a seven-hour event spanning the length of the Story Bridge, three separate stages with 17 artist performances and a Hit105 live outside broadcast; the Hit105 Laneway Gig headlined by Vance Joy, along with Mash’d N Kutcher and Gorgon City and more.
The appointment as dedicated Triple M Promotions Director will allow her to focus solely on the Triple M brand and work closely with the Content Director and content team.
“Our partnerships and activations are what makes our stations current and part of the communities we represent. Appointing Angela to manage this side of the business for Triple M is another step to ensuring we remain the leader in media entertainment,” said SCA General Manager Damon Rielly.
