Summer in Australia means summer sport, so Aircheck Australia checked out the top sporting events, stores, clubs and gambling advertisers for 1 – 22 January 2019 across radio, TV and Pay TV.
The Australian Open was the most advertised sporting event with 1,294 spots over the last three weeks, followed by Hyundai A-League with 747 ads.
AirCheck Client Services Executive, Riarne Gale says, “SEN+ and SEN aired the most Australian Open ads, accounting for 85% of spots, which is no surprise as they are the official radio broadcast partner.”
Rebel Sport aired almost twice as many advertisements as Anaconda, while Adelaide Strikers were out in front of advertised Sports Clubs.
Ladbrokes was the most advertised gambling brand, airing almost as many spots as the Australian Open.
