The independently owned and operated Micropower Corp, creators of Powergold Music Scheduling Software for Windows, has announced that BBC radio has become the latest broadcaster to begin utilizing its product.

Micropower Corp. GM, Jimmy Edwards says he is “proud to welcome the BBC, whose network radio stations are recognized and admired throughout the world. I am delighted that Micropower could play a part in the switch of this mission critical software.”

Micropower has designed an interface within Powergold which works with the BBC’s VCS dira! network radio playout system. The two products exchange data via XML.
