The 2013 Best Bush Poetry competition for Far North Queensland has been finalised for another year, with a special ABC Local Radio broadcast giving listeners a chance to hear all the finalists.

ABC Far North listeners gathered at the Freshwater CWA branch yesterday to hear the works, with Warren Cox’s “Snowy and the Ant” taking out the trophy.
