Bill Shorten buys back his used drink bottle from Jonesy & Amanda

‘You can never be too careful about cloning.’

WSFM’s Jonesy & Amanda have been auctioning off items featuring celebrity DNA to raise money for the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.

Titled ‘The Art of Selling Crap’ (in the style of Russell Crowe’s recent ‘The Art of Divorce’ auction), celebrity items up for auction include Patrick Dempsey’s tissue, and Hugh Jackman’s coffee mug.

‘People come in, famous people,’ said Amanda. ‘they might have glass of water, eat a yogurt with a spoon, use some teabags or blow their nose into a tissue, I snaffle those things up, and we’re auctioning those off to raise money.

‘Someone apparently wants to buy theirs back.’

‘And that someone is this someone, as we live and breathe, it’s the opposition leader, Bill Shorten,’
said Jonesy.

Uninterested in procuring Hugh Jackman’s coffee cup, Shorten said:

‘I have a confession to make, I’m rining not so much to acquire someone elses DNA, but to protect my own. Not because I necessarily collect my own DNA. I was worried that Malcolm and the others might.’

‘Malcolm could make a mini Bill!’ Jonesy suggested.
