Blacktown community licence applications called

The ABA has invited applications for a new community licence for the Blacktown area of Sydney.

ABA Chairman David Flint explains: “The ABA previously advertised for this licence in early 2000, however none of the applications received met all of the necessary criteria. Now that three years have passed, the ABA is pleased to be able to provide aspirant groups with another opportunity to apply for this licence.”

Applicants should contact the ABA’s Licensing Section on 1800 226 667 or (02) 9334 7700 for copies of the Blacktown application information booklet.

Applications must be received by Tuesday 1 April.

Copies of all applications received will be made available for public perusal in the Blacktown City Council Library, Max Webber Library, Westfield Pl, Blacktown and on the ABA’s website.
