Budjerah offers up a slice of musical ‘Therapy’: AirCheck

Budjerah’s latest offering ‘Therapy’ debuts at No. 37 on the latest AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart.

‘Therapy’ had strong backing in provincial and regional markets with K Rock (21 spins), Wave FM (20) and Hot Tomato (18) providing the most spins. Overall, 47.5% of all spins came from non-metro markets.

Aussie duo Peking Duk continue to rise up the chart with ‘I Want You’ featuring Savage Garden’s Darren Hayes. The single climbed 19 spots to No. 15 with a gain of 211 spins (+95.5%). KIIS1065 and KIIS1011 led the charge with 37 and 36 spins, respectively.

With Ed Sheeran hitting the stage Down Under, radio has responded with a huge influx of support for the UK superstar. Sheeran’s spins increased by 22.4% across Australian radio this week. Current Top 40 singles ‘Celestial’ and ‘2Step’ both had small rises.
