Call screening advance at 2GB

2GB has been one of the first Australian stations to adopt RCS’ call screening software interface, which will allow the station to track and identify callers more effectively.

The program, which has been seen advertised here on the AMT site, helps producers get the best callers on air and keep the bad ones off by allowing them to rate each caller from 1-10 and identifying that caller’s category the next time they ring.
