A fireworks display sponsored by Canberra’s Hit104.7 is under investigation following a mishap on Saturday night.
Investigations into the nights pyrotechnic mishap is being undertaken by organisers Foti International Fireworks, who told ABC News yesterday it was investigating the cause of the malfunction and no-one had been injured in the incident.
Fireworks on one of the barges used for the annual Skyfire at Enlighten event burst into flames sending sparks and embers towards spectators as they ran and ducked for cover.
