Nova 106.9 Brisbane’s Breakfast host David ‘Luttsy’ Lutteral swapped the studio for some carpool karaoke this week to promote the Epic Walk for DV, which raises money for the Women’s Legal Service Queensland.
Channel Ten’s Brendan Smith, who came up with the Queensland Karaoke for a Cause initiative, convinces media personalities to use their voice to promote the Epic Walk for DV fundraising program by singing their hearts out while cruising around the city.
Brendan questioned Luttsy on his origins in the radio industry and career highlights of his 20 years with the Nova network, before the pair belted out Daryl Brathwaite’s ‘Horses,’ to the amusement of morning shoppers.
Luttsy and Brendan had a quick stoush over where they went to school in Brisbane, before dropping into their second performance of INXS.
Luttsy commended Brendan on his work and thanked him for the opportunity to use his voice to help raise awareness of the walk.
The Epic Walk for DV takes place in Queensland this Sunday 30 March 2025.
