Returning for its 6th year, voting is now open for Australia’s most relaxing music countdown, SBS Chill’s the Chillest 100. Listeners across the country can vote for their top three favourite chill tracks by December 8 2025 ahead of the countdown on New Year’s Day 2026.
The last edition of the Chillest 100 featured everything from home-grown talent like Wollongong’s Peter Krohn, Italian-Australian guitarist Joe Matera and the globally successful ARIA Award winning RÜFÜS DU SOL, alongside international acts like Moby and Portishead. No 1 was French electronic duo Air’s downtempo classic La femme d’argent closely followed by Slip Into Something More Comfortable by British act Kinobe and Teardrop by Massive Attack. All were released within two years of each other. The 2025 SBS Chillest 100 is here.
