Clare Blake replaces Heather Stott on 4BC

Brisbane media personality Clare Blake returns to News Talk 4BC from next Monday January 27, to host Afternoons with current presenter Michael Price. She is replacing Heather Stott.

Blake has 25 years’ experience in radio and media, including Canberra’s Today FM, B105 and Triple MMM in Brisbane, presenting weather at Channel Ten, and previously at 4BC.

“I adore 4BC. It’s a local radio station that’s all about Brisbane issues and the community, and it’s great to be part of the new line up. There is a great energy in the building,” Blake said.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting my favourite timeslot with Pricey. I’ve known him a long time and love Afternoons. It’s fun, local and you speak with great callers who ring in to take part in engaging discussions.”

News Talk 4BC General Manager Anthony Frangi says the team is looking forward to Clare Blake returning to the station: “Clare is an experienced broadcaster who knows Brisbane and its people. Her energy, personality and passion for what she does will be a great addition to Afternoons. We have no doubt that listeners will warm to her again.”
