Coldplay, one of the world’s most successful bands, will headline the latest Nova‘s Red Room Global Tour. In a ‘money can’t buy experience’ with the world’s hottest artists, Australia’s biggest, intimate live music brand will partner with Qantas to embark on a third global tour from 1 June.
In a world exclusive, Nova‘s Red Room Global Tour guests will enjoy an intimate experience with seven time Grammy Award winning band Coldplay in Manchester. Currently performing to sold out audiences on their “Head Full of Dreams” stadium tour, Coldplay have sold over 80 million records, recently released their seventh album and performed to over 114 million people at this year’s Super Bowl.
Joining Coldplay on the tour for the Sydney leg will be Grammy Award winner Meghan Trainor. Her current single “NO” has achieved platinum success with the new album “Thank You” scheduled for release on 13 May. Trainor’s debut single “All About That Bass” reached number one in 58 countries and became one of the bestselling songs of all time with sales of over 11 million.
Chart topping British rapper Tinie Tempah whose current single “Girls Like” is dominating the Australian charts will perform in London. With seven number one hits, Tinie Tempah returns to Nova’s Red Room after launching the music brand in 2012.
Nova’s Red Room Global Tour in 2016 will provide listeners with an experience of a lifetime with the world’s biggest artists in the UK and concluding in Sydney.
Nova‘s Red Room Global Tour together will be hosted by Smallzy from Nova’s Smallzy’s Surgery. Broadcasting on the road, Smallzy will showcase the artist interviews and tour highlights in his show 7pm to 10pm weeknights.
Nova listeners have the opportunity to win their boarding passes on this “money can’t buy” experience through each state’s local breakfast shows and throughout the day. Listeners will have the chance to enter from 16 May, with winners announced in Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty drive show.
