The largest annual gathering of communications knowledge in Australia, the Communications Policy and Research Forum, will happen this year in Sydney during November. A call for papers for the conference is now open. The Forum is an open platform for papers and talks about media, ecommerce and ICT; and a national meeting place for people who use communications research, or produce it.
The 2011 Forum will happen on 7-8 November in Sydney, and is not aligned with any particular viewpoint or group.
For anyone who wants to present a talk or paper, the deadline for submissions is 18 July. For those who want attend, the deadline for the $495 early-bird price is 7 October.
