Community Radio Supports Diversity in Sport with the Bingham Cup Outside Broadcast

This week, teams from over 15 countries are coming together in Sydney to celebrate diversity in sport in The Bingham Cup, the world cup of gay and inclusive rugby.

Sydney’s 2SER Radio is broadcasting the cup live from 11am to 5pm on Sunday the 31st of August with expert commentary from Bronwyn Macintosh, Ben Lancken from JOY945 and former grandstand presenter Patrick Foulkes.

The cup will be streamed live online and broadcast over Sydney on 2SER and in Melbourne on JOY945 thanks to the Community Radio Network.

2SER has been championing LGBTI rights in Sydney for 35 years, most recently creating a pop up radio station, Star Observer Digital, devoted to queer issues that broadcasts for six weeks in the lead up to the Mardi Gras parade.
