Dave Carter has been appointed to the position of General Manager of Media Heads, as Peter Rubinstein steps back from the daily running of the business.

Media Heads is a multi-award-winning content production company, founded by Rubinstein.

Dave Carter joins the business from SCA, having previously worked for Media Heads, where he played an integral role in shaping the direction of the business and its content strategy over a number of years.

Carter is a highly respected manager, producer and creative thinker who brings decades of experience to the business, as well as a proven record of turning client briefs into highly engaging content.

“Dave has a passion for making and sharing unique and interesting stories, and is widely regarded as one of the nicest people in the biz.I’m excited about the opportunities that having Dave at the helm presents and I couldn’t be happier with him re-joining the fold to help drive the next phase of Media Heads,” says Rubinstein.

As General Manager, Carter will be responsible for all business operations and content creation, as well as overseeing client relationships and new business development. He is based in Melbourne and will be the primary point of contact for the business going forward.

“Dave’s appointment will allow me some time to slowly start stepping back from the day-to-day business and to focus on some key projects. I will remain as Managing Director and am still based out of Sydney,” says Rubinstein.
