The appointment follows the recent departure of Fresh 92.7’s General Manager, Troy Sincock.

 Fresh 92.7 Chair, Paul Gordon said:

“Dave’s experience in programming and station management in Australia and throughout the UK has provided us confidence that he will be able to deliver the results we’re looking for.

His appointment comes at a great time, as we celebrate the “20th year of Fresh 92.7 and steer the organisation into the next 20 years.”
 
Dave Shearer, former Nova 919 Program Director, said:

As General Manager, Shearer will oversee both the sales and content sides of the business.
