DMG buys Sunshine Coast licence

DMG Radio Australia has acquired from Unitel Media Group Pty Ltd all of the shares in Sunshine Coast Radio Pty Ltd after obtaining all necessary Government and regulatory approvals.

Previously known as Onestore.com.au Pty Ltd, Sunshine Coast Radio was the successful applicant for the new Nambour (Sunshine Coast) FM licence at the recent ABA auction in Brisbane.

The total cost of the acquisition to DMG was $8.2 million.
