If Austereo’s internal review has found that the network should “tone it down a bit,” then it seems that Perth 92.9’s breakfast duo Em and Sam Mac didn’t get the memo. With their latest antics, Em and Sam Mac have embraced Lady Gaga’s “hermaphrodite-ism” by shooting a video clip for her popular song, Love Game.

With all the hype surrounding Lady Gaga’s costume at a recent gig and her confirmation that she is in fact a hermaphrodite, Em and Sam Mac thought they would alter her lyrics and shoot a film clip in the 92.9 studios.

With the music director, breakfast producer and morning announcer as back up dancers and Sam Mac as Lady Gaga there was nothing these boys weren’t up for. From pink velour to glitter to oversized jocks, Em grabbed what she could from the 92.9 building and began creating costumes for the boys. She designated herself the director of the clip and let her creativity run wild with body paint and bed sheets.

In the end it was all harmless fun, if a bit risqué. But hey, that’s why the call this decade the naughties.
