Flow FM gets a colourful makeover

New logo for SA’s Flow FM 99.5 reflects the shades of the region.

Wayne Phillips, Flow FM Managing Director said ‘The Flow has grown and changed, so we wanted our dynamic radio brand to have an equally dynamic logo.’

Marketing Director Hannah Phillips said ‘Our original flow logo has been in use since 2005, and we haven’t wanted to remove such an iconic brand from the marketplace.

‘Our core focus will always be radio, but with regional centres becoming better connected, it was imperative that our brand be set for the digital age.’

The new colours reference the hues of the region, including purple for the Barossa and Clare vineyards; green for the crops and forests; and orange to reflect the earthy tones of the landscape.

‘Country towns are colourful places, the regions that they represent, the landscapes and even the silos painted, or a local footy teams colours are an important statement. We wanted our logo to reflect the colours of our regions,’ said Wayne.
