Spirit 1026’s Sebba and Robbie keep community informed as Cyclone Rusty bears down on the Pilbabra.

Here’s the latest from Sebba (below left) in the eye of the storm…

The Cyclone is beginning to show its true force now in Hedland and the surrounding communities.

Robbie and I are just pumping out the messages constantly and driving people to the Cyclone Rusty- Red Alert facebook page that we’ve created.

We’ve been in touch with lots of other news networks around the country to give them the latest from on the ground right here in Hedland.

As you can tell in the photos we are enjoying a tasty diet of noodles and Robbie (in bed) and I have labeled it “5-Star Cyclone Cuisine”

We’ve also been in touch with the Townsville Cyclone awareness team. They’ve wished us all the best for the coming days, its great that we can have some support from our cross country friends who have experience the same issues in the past.

As I keep saying, we’re all in this together.
