Fraser’s funeral to be broadcast nationally on ABC

The Rt Hon. Malcolm Fraser’s funeral service will be held on Friday, with all ABC Local Radio stations broadcasting the service live.
 
As the service will be held in Melbourne, Jon Faine from 774 ABC Melbourne will host the coverage, which will include archival material, crosses to reporters, and other guests in the lead-up to the service.
 
Although the length of the service is unknown, below are the starting times and anticipated finishing times of the coverage in each state.

  • NSW/ACT/VIC/TAS – 1105-1300
  • SA – 1035-1230
  • NT – 0935-1130
  • QLD -1005-1200
  • WA – 0830-1000
