Amongst the many things that Red Simons is known for is his penchant for wearing a white t-shirt to work almost every day and the expression “Good Thanks.” which he starts the program and most of his on-air conversations with.

It’s really caught on with the ABC774 Melbourne audience and, thanks to social media, has become part of the program’s vernacular.
 
Becaure it’s International-T-Shirt day the station made a handful of tees to mark the occasion and had a day-long social media shindig starting on breakfast

Other ABC personalities, including TV newsreader Ian Henderson and Virginia Trioli got into the act by donning the ‘Good Thanks’ T-Shirts.
