Following a lengthy period of negotiations for the international broadcasting rights for the INdian Cricket test, ABC Local Radio is now on air with its broadcast of the
Test series from India.

Jim Maxwell and Glenn Mitchell are the commentary team as Australia takes on India in the four Test
series.

Dates of the matches are:

FIRST TEST October 6 – 10 in Bangalore

SECOND TEST October 14 – 18 in Chennai (Madras)

THIRD TEST October 26 – 30 in Nagpur

FOURTH TEST November 3 – 7 in Mumbai (Bombay)

Cricket coverage for the first three Tests will be:

* 1405 – 1600 EAT (first session), then 1910 – 2100 EAT (final session).

* At drive time local programs will resume, but will provide regular score updatesWith time zone differences and daylight saving in some states, some times will vary through the test season.
