Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum alternative pop maverick Halsey gave her fans a night to remember with her iHeartRadio LIVE in Sydney last night.
Among the crowd at Marrickville’s Red Rattler Theatre were a mix of fans, media, music industry and celebrity guests including Christian Wilkins, singer songwriter Nicole Millar, Channel Ten’s Survivor contestant Odette Blacklock, fitness entrepreneur Lauren ‘Loz’ Hannaford, TV presenters Candice Dixon and Teigan Nash, former Bachelorette contestant Courtney Dober, Tim Dormer and his partner Ash Toweel, and fitness model Katie Williams.
Halsey kicked off her set with a pared back, soulful rendition of Now Or Never, followed by Strangers, Colours, Hold Me Down, before finishing the set with Bad At Love.
Throughout her performance, Halsey stopped to chat with her fans and share the personal stories behind the writing and creative process for each song. Halsey also talked about how nervous she was when she made her music video directorial debut and how much she enjoyed working with Sia.
