Hit and Triple M 2026 metro line-ups locked in

SCA have announced their 2026 metro lineups across the Triple M and Hit Networks with with significant stability for listeners on previous years.

2DayFM’s Nathan Roye & Emma Chow

There have been some changes. Jimmy Smith has left 2DayFM Sydney and his long running partnership with Nath Roye. Nath continues on breakfast with Emma Chow.

Ben Cousins is no longer a featured part of the Mix 94.5 Perth breakfast lineup. Ben joined Pete Curulli and Kymba Cahill (Pete and Kymba pictured main) at the start of 2025 in a permanent role but often was missing on air due to other commitments. SCA have said he will still return as a regular guest with Ben to make the full announcement on Monday January 19 when Pete and Kymba return.

Over at Triple M, The Rush Hour with Maroon, Hindy & Millie, hosted by Anthony Maroon, Nathan ‘Hindy’ Hindmarsh and Millie Elliott, which airs weekday afternoons across metro and regional NSW, appears to have clarified their status too. All the Triple M Rush Hour programs have a revolving door of regular co-hosts depending where we are in the NRL and AFL seasons. LiSTNR’s Willow Talk and Footy Talk host Adam Peacock who was last year a significant part of the NSW Rush Hour regular line-up, has moved to SEN.

Finally, Triple M Perth‘s Katie Lamb and SAFM‘s Emma G (Emma Giorgiadis) both became first time mums last year. Katie and her breakfast co-host Xavier Ellis are back on Monday, after a strong first year together in 2025. In South Australia, Bel Sloane who warmed the chair while Emma was on maternity leave, has been given a permanent role on Emma’s return, making the duo a trio.

Matthew O’Reilly, SCA’s Head of Broadcast Content said:

“Audio remains a compelling offering because it’s personal, immediate and connected to people’s daily lives. Live and local announcers and content is at the core, what sets radio apart, wherever or however they consume  content, whether in car, streaming on their phones, or engaging with us via social media and podcasts. While 2026 is shaping up to be a year of change across the industry, SCA enters the year with a stable, proven lineup, with an ongoing investment  in compelling live,  local lineups, and developing new talent that demonstrate a commitment to the future of the industry, and to ensuring our shows continue to cut through with content that genuinely resonates.”

SCA’s lineups returns on Monday, January 19, 2026. The network has also completed its merger with Seven West Media (SWM) over the festive break with the implications of that on both yet to be seen.
